Exchange Policy

Eligibility
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- The exchange is for a different size of the same item, subject to availability.
How to Request an Exchange
Email support@kaarofficial.com with your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the size required. Our team will confirm
eligibility and share the return instructions.
Shipping Costs
- KAAR covers the cost of shipping the item back to us.
- The customer covers the cost of shipping the replacement (re-issued) item back to them.
What Is Not Eligible for Exchange
- Items marked as final sale or purchased during a promotional period, if applicable.
- Items that show signs of wear, washing,
alteration, damage, or missing tags. - Requests made after 7 days from the delivery date.
KAAR does not offer refunds. All
eligible claims are resolved via exchange only. In the case of a manufacturing
defect or an incorrect item being delivered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery — such cases are reviewed on their own merits and may be resolved through exchange or repair at KAAR's discretion.
