1. About These Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the KAAR website (kaarofficial.com), and your purchase of any products through it. KAAR is a menswear brand based in Lahore, Pakistan, currently operating as a sole proprietorship. By placing an order or otherwise using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

2. Products & Pricing
All prices listed on the website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. KAAR reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice; however, the price charged for an order already confirmed will not change.

Every price reflects the true cost of the fabrics, construction, and craftsmanship behind each piece.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colours, textures, and details accurately. Minor variation between the product as photographed and as received may occur due to screen display settings and the natural character of the fabrics used (e.g. linen, combed cotton).

3. Orders & Payment
Orders may be placed directly through the website. An order is confirmed only once you receive a confirmation notification from KAAR.

Accepted Payment Methods
●    Cash on Delivery (COD) — available across Pakistan.
●    Credit / Debit Card — processed securely at checkout.

KAAR reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, unavailable stock, or an error in pricing or product information. If an order is cancelled by KAAR after payment has been made, the amount paid will be refunded in full.

Orders may be cancelled by the customer only before the order has been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it is subject to the Exchange Policy below rather than cancellation.

4. Shipping & Delivery
KAAR ships nationwide across Pakistan. Estimated delivery time is 2–4 working days from the date of order confirmation, depending on your location. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond KAAR's control.

Please inspect your parcel at the time of delivery. Do not accept a parcel that appears opened, tampered with, or damaged — refuse it and contact us immediately at the email below.

5. Exchange Policy
KAAR stands fully behind the quality of every piece it makes. As part of our no-discount, no-compromise approach, we offer exchanges rather than refunds, in line with the terms below.

Eligibility
●    Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
●    The item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
●    The exchange is for a different size of the same item, subject to availability.

How to request an exchange
Email support@kaarofficial.com with your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the size required. Our team will confirm eligibility and share the return instructions.

Shipping costs
●    KAAR covers the cost of shipping the item back to us.
●    The customer covers the cost of shipping the replacement (re-issued) item back to them.

What is not eligible for exchange
●    Items marked as final sale or purchased during a promotional period, if applicable.
●    Items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, damage, or missing tags.
●    Requests made after 7 days from the delivery date.

KAAR does not offer refunds. All eligible claims are resolved via exchange only. In the case of a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item being delivered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery — such cases are reviewed on their own merits and may be resolved through exchange or repair at KAAR's discretion.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on the KAAR website — including but not limited to the KAAR name, logo, wordmark, photography, product designs, and written content — is the property of KAAR and is protected under applicable Pakistani copyright and trademark law. No content may be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from KAAR.

7. Limitation of Liability
 KAAR makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of information on this website but does not guarantee that all content is free from error. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KAAR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or the purchase of its products, beyond the value of the order in question.

8. Force Majeure
KAAR shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, courier disruptions, or government action.

9. Privacy
Any personal information collected through this website (such as your name, address, and contact details) is used solely for the purpose of processing and delivering your order, and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.

11. Changes to These Terms
