Refund policy
KAAR stands fully behind the quality of every piece it makes. As part of our no-discount, no-compromise approach, we offer exchanges rather than refunds, in line with the terms below.
Eligibility
● Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
● The item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
● The exchange is for a different size of the same item, subject to availability.
How to request an exchange
Email support@kaarofficial.com with your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the size required. Our team will confirm eligibility and share the return instructions.
Shipping costs
● KAAR covers the cost of shipping the item back to us.
● The customer covers the cost of shipping the replacement (re-issued) item back to them.
What is not eligible for exchange
● Items marked as final sale or purchased during a promotional period, if applicable.
● Items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, damage, or missing tags.
● Requests made after 7 days from the delivery date.
KAAR does not offer refunds. All eligible claims are resolved via exchange only. In the case of a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item being delivered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery — such cases are reviewed on their own merits and may be resolved through exchange or repair at KAAR's discretion.
