Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and Credit/Debit Card payments. Card payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partners, UnumPay and UBL.

Is it safe to pay online with my card?

Yes. Our card payments are processed through a PCI DSS certified, 3D Secure gateway. KAAR never sees or stores your full card details.

Can I cancel or change my order?

You can cancel your order any time before it has been dispatched by emailing support@kaarofficial.com. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled but may be eligible for exchange. 

Sizing

How do I find my size?

Each product page includes a detailed size chart with measurements. If you're unsure between two sizes, feel free to email us at support@kaarofficial.com with your measurements and we'll help you choose.

What if I order the wrong size?

No problem — we offer size exchanges within 7 days of delivery. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Orders are delivered within 2–4 working days across Pakistan, depending on your location.

Do you ship outside Pakistan?

At this time, we only ship within Pakistan.

Exchanges

What is your exchange policy?

We offer exchanges (not refunds) within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags attached. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns pages.

Who pays for exchange shipping?

KAAR covers the cost of shipping your item back to us. You cover the cost of shipping the replacement item back to you.

Product & Fabric

What fabrics does KAAR use?

We work primarily with pure linen and combed cotton, using blended fabrics only where a specific silhouette genuinely requires it. Fabric composition is listed on every product page.

How should I care for my KAAR pieces?

Specific care instructions are included with each product. As a general rule, natural fabrics like linen and cotton last longest with gentle washing and minimal tumble drying.
