KAAR ships nationwide across Pakistan. Estimated delivery time is 2–4 working days from the date of order confirmation, depending on your location. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond KAAR's control.

Please inspect your parcel at the time of delivery. Do not accept a parcel that appears opened, tampered with, or
damaged — refuse it and contact us immediately at the email below.

Exchange Policy

KAAR stands fully behind the quality of every piece it makes. As part of our approach to quality, we offer exchanges rather than refunds, in line with the terms below.

Eligibility

• Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
• The item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• The exchange is for a different size of the same item, subject to availability.

How to Request an Exchange

Email support@kaarofficial.com with your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the size required. Our team will confirm
eligibility and share the return instructions.

Shipping Costs

• KAAR covers the cost of shipping the item back to us.
• The customer covers the cost of shipping the replacement (re-issued) item back to them.

What Is Not Eligible for Exchange

• Items marked as final sale or purchased during a promotional period, if applicable.
• Items that show signs of wear, washing,
  alteration, damage, or missing tags.
• Requests made after 7 days from the delivery date.

KAAR does not offer refunds. All
eligible claims are resolved via exchange only. In the case of a manufacturing
defect or an incorrect item being delivered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery — such cases are reviewed on their own merits and may be resolved through exchange or repair at KAAR's discretion.
